Luxe Picnic at Georgian Hills Vineyard

Enjoy a uniquely curated Luxe Picnic at the beautiful Georgian Hills Vineyards on top of the incredible Niagara Escarpment. Choose from a delectable menu of food & drink to nosh on while you make incredible memories with your VIPs. The best part, is you don't need to do a thing except arrive in style. Our team will take care of set-up, service and tear-down.

BEA & CO. Epic Events, Unforgettable Experiences. Planning an event of any type can be overwhelming, and it's easy to stick to what you did last year. However, that doesn't translate to epic and unforgettable; it leads to more people out in the hallway or looking at their phones. We know this because we see it all the time. While you might have chicken on the menu, it doesn't mean the tablescape can't be one-of-a-kind or that your general meeting shouldn't have a theme that runs throughout the entire event in a super meaningful way.

If your party is 24+, we can certainly set the table for you and your guests, however, a custom quote will be required.
If you would like an elevated dining experience, please add $100 to each table cost above.

Luxe Picnic at a Location of Your Choice

Enjoy a 2.5-hour Luxury Picnic at a setting of your choice. Your cottage, an Airbnb, even the beach - the options are endless!

We will arrive 1-2 hrs before your start time to set up depending on the size of the group and will arrive at the end of your experience to whisk the mess away. If you are at a private property, we can certainly accommodate a longer set-up, however, if you are at a public venue we will arrive on time to ensure you and your guests can be on your way to your next adventure.

You have the option of supplying your food & beverage or you can work with our team to curate a custom menu for you and your guests with Marmalade & Co., our charcuterie partner.

DIY Luxe Picnics

A DIY Luxe Picnic is an easy and budget-friendly way to enjoy an extraordinary experience with your VIPs at your home, cottage or Airbnb. We keep it simple: all you have to do is pick your theme. Then we pack it all up and deliver it to your chosen location. Not sure how to set everything up? Don't worry!
