Meet The Bea Bar. A beautifully restored 1971 original Shasta Compact Trailer converted into a mobile bar for hire. Sure to take any event from ordinary to epic, she is fully customizable and her compact size allows her to fit into many different spaces. And wanna know the best part? Not only will your guests be happy, but so will you knowing that you have a unique and memorable bar experience, and that all the little details are taken care of.
We know that a rocking bar is a must-have, and our event team will take all the guesswork off your hands and make sure that The Bea Bar is the spot everyone’s talking about!
How to enjoy Bea at your event
Whether you’re excited to dress her up yourself, or prefer to have a team in place to take care of all the details, we have two customizable packages for you to choose from.
No matter what you choose, Bea will be the star of the show (she just can’t help herself!)
The Bea Bar: Fully Loaded
Includes:
• Up to 100 guests
• Two smart-serve certified, insured bartenders
• Two extra large white coolers, plus coolers as needed for service in the trailer
• Two silver garbage cans, bags included
• Branded disposable cups
• Bar kits (everything required to open and serve all drinks)
• One 50 ft. power cord
• Window lights
• Standard decor: neon ‘Cheers!’ sign, two trees for the outside, menu frame
• 50km free travel (additional KM are $2.50/km)
Pricing:
Up to 4 hours of service + 2 hours set-up + 1 hour pack-up: pricing starts at $1,800
Up to 8 hours of service + 2 hours set-up + 1 hour pack-up: pricing starts at $2,800
For weddings and events over 100 people, additional staffing, bars and/or supplies may be required. Our team will be happy to work with you to create a package that works best for you.

Up to 8 hours of service + 1 hour set-up + 1 hour pack-up: starting at $1,250 + damage deposit
Additional hours can be purchased for $95/hour
